Business Outlook
Pros
Opportunity to care for patients when they most need and appreciate it. Most patients receiving hospice care are so grateful. Obvious reality of what not to look for in a company.
Cons
Lack of support to all employees. Unrealistic work load for STNA’s LPN’s and RN Case Managers. RN documentation expectation was ridiculous. Every single day in my RN Case Management position, work was brought home to complete. The 40 hour work week they claim is more like 70hours (a salary position)
