Pros
Base pay is fair...but I truly believe that is because they know they are asking all employees to compromise any resemblance of morals and values.
Cons
- Patient care will always come last when it comes to any way to cut corners to maximize revenue. - Corporate instructs us to implement a new and great "specialty track" at the very minimum quarterly knowing full well these tracks are a blatant lie and will never come to fruition in the way we are instructed to market them. -Highest turnover rate I've ever seen, not because of staff burnout but due to the employees utter shock at the lack of support at the corporate level when it comes to patient care. - Constantly misrepresenting the "bonus structure" to both the operations teams as well as the business development teams only to be denied when it's time pay due to the undisclosed fine print.
