Pros
Flexibility in everything (Timing, Work style, Dress code, etc.) Everything is possible here if you prove yourself (Moving across teams, technologies, onsite, etc.) Relationship within teams (More like family)
Cons
Not exactly Cons, but can be seen as Opportunities. Of course processes are less, since there is flexibility in everything. But, the company is implementing more processes as it grows. Now it is a CMMI level company and teams are structured.
