Pros
It is place where I started by carrier 5 years ago by campus recruitment. The Strength will be identified by individually and Opportunity will be given if you have proved, no matter you are either junior or senior. It is CMMI Level 3 organization.
Cons
The Weakness and threads will exist in every where in the IT organization. Though the opportunity is given to you, if you haven't proved then you will not be through out instead they will give some more time to improve and if it still continue then appraisal alone will be affected
