Pros
While I worked full-time for Ameex, a consulting company, they contracted me out to a financial institution where I received a ton of data analysis experience in a robust industry. Everyone in the company was very open to working with you if you ran into problems you didn't know how to solve, and all coworkers were generally approachable and friendly including the managers. They are open to advancing workers' skillset and paying for different training opportunities. They are willing to give opportunities to applicants with non-traditional work histories if you demonstrate a working skillset and a desire to learn. I always felt that my managers were fair and transparent during my time there. They also offer competitive pay and benefits
Cons
The only con I had was that the company prefers employees to be in office. With that being said I did negotiate a hybrid schedule, so they are not inflexible. With that being said, their office in Schaumburg was nice, spacious, and all of my co-workers were great to be around.
