      Good benefits. Average salary with increases and opportunities to get bonuses based on outstanding performance or achievements. Great people to work with. Management open to you trying new things and giving you experience working on that stuff. Great work life balance as hybrid working is usually an option

      Cons

      Career progression is not well defined. If not constantly active with networking then can be pigeon holed into one position with no progression
