Pay is great and benefits would be nice if they let you use them.
Cons
HR puts your concerns on the back burner. PTO was never fixed. Plan on working a minimum of 45 hours a week and weekends if you are salary. They expect you to work 24/7. Don’t plan on having a life if you choose to work here.
