Great company to work for and unlimited salary potential

None that I can think of

People complained about unequal pay, company said they'd give everyone a raise

No respect for a life outside of work. Bring in people who can train that aren't the supervisors. Supervisors are too stressed to properly give time and patience to teach well because they're running round.
