Lots of 911, 24’s at sub-stations, 12’s in Detroit.

Cons

More mod ambulances would be nice but the vans are all new which is a benefit.

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
