It started out good at first.

No communication. Broken equipment, including vents. Management doesn't support crews and keeps employees that have been banned by area hospitals.

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
