Pros

The pay was decent, and there were initially plenty of opportunities to pick up shifts.

Cons

If you fall behind on reports, the supervisor will demand that you finish them while at home, and off the clock. If you don't finish them while at home, and off the clock, the Director of Operations will tell HR that you resigned, and your termination will be employed. This only applies to EMTs, though. AEMTs and Paramedics are allowed to fall as far behind on reports as they please.

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
