I can't think of any pros.

Cons

The management was rude. They talked bad about the EMT's and Paramedics. They weren't supportive at all. I would say watch your back they will find a way to make you the problem. Nobody ever knew what was going on I would ask the same question and was always told I'll get with you but they never did. Cold unfriendly office environment. I do not recommend. Also the insurance is insanely expensive

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
