Cons

Little concern for the heart of the business. As I was told “We run a billing company and a staffing agency”….Empty commitments. Too many moving parts. Only worried about the bottom line.

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
