Supervisors are easy to work with, pay rate is somewhat standard to the area, and shifts typically dont run late more than once a week.

Cons

PCR and QA flag system can be somewhat irritating, job duties can be monotanous.

Better pay than other companies in this market. Advancement opportunity.

Cons

Unstable management, constantly changing schedules, crappy equipment, management that doesn't care about your opinions or general well being. no leave without pay, no sick pay. 3 days of bereavement leave. In general they have taken back or changed everything they originally said they wouldn't.
