Pros
The corporate environment is very laid back. In the IT division most people are open to helping with problems. Benefits are okay, have gone up since last year.
Cons
No upward movement unless someone retires. There is expansion in the company, but only in branches. This limits promotions. No vision for where the back office employees are going, all the focus is on building new branches. No communication from upper management, everything is treated as secret, even things directly dealing with your job. 401k matching is a joke. Low pay(for my position it is 50% market value, company average is 80% market value)
