      Growth's determined by DM, if you are not liscensed- do not expect competitive pay. As a salaried gm, your work-life balance is only as good as your assistant manager ( if you have one). Salary is not worth the stress

      Decent team, regional management did their best

      Cons

      Abusive patients, extremely low pay. The company's "two for one and a free eye exam" deal is deceptive being that it does not include any lens options other than the bare minimum, and it limits you to a certain section of (very ugly and cheaply made) frames. Patients, upon realizing that this deal was misleading, would often take it out on the staff.
