Business Outlook
Pros
Fast growing Companies who goes out of their way to develop all of their associates and promote from within. With 60+ new store openings a year it is a great company for growth.
Cons
Since they are growing so fast not everyone gets to experience the proper training they need and for those managers I feel bad for. They run their stores the "old school" way of optics and don't know they are treating their associates they way they are and it seeps down to the customers.
