      Pros

      Good place its a campus environment, have Ping pong, GYM, Hotels and arcade games can have very good fun. Many tools AA use, so many tech stack we can be explored.

      Cons

      I don't like the management, they do something and say something. Also, sometimes they even don't care employees if they were hired on Contract to Hire basis, as they just lay off whenever they want to.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
