      American Airlines is an organization filled with opportunities. There are many great people who work here and I am honored to be one of them. The flight privileges are an added bonus for employees.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
