St Louis station management was absolutely horrible Poor pay Lack of OT (at STL Station) No bonuses No raise Most unethical and unprofessional management Ive ever worked with Screamed at and harassed multiple times by my own co-supervisors and management. Management deferring AD driven tasks on areas of the aircraft that have killed people to avoid ruining their station metrics.
