      Pros

      american is a great place to work so far. looking forward to growing with the company that is if they dont go through layoffs.

      Cons

      no too many, so are just a lot of old timers but nothning really that bad, can be a lot worse

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
