They have been interviewing candidates for (months) to fill up a few spots but obviously the trick of offering low compensation at the end of the process did not work well. One more thing to mention, forget about moving forward to a better role within the company. Most likely it will not happen based on what I heard from other members. No differential for after hours and night shift pay is the same for night shift
