      Pros

      State of the art aircraft, worlds largest airline, great health travel and 401K benefits. Very diverse and forward-thinking culture.

      Cons

      One of the main reasons I took the job was to travel and now that we have over 100,000 employees it is hard to use our passes because the planes have fewer open seats and you are competing with so many other employees to get a seat.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
