      Major airline benefits and compensation..

      Cons

      Management still trying to figure out how to run the airline post bankruptcy. I hope they figure it out soon - Delta, Southwest, JetBlue, and even United are eating our lunches.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
