      The co-workers, flexibility once you gain a lot of seniority. Travel perks

      Cons

      Once you retire, you will not get very limited travel perks- the merger with US Airways has harmed all current and future retirees who were promised retirement travel benefits and then were taken away.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
