      - great benefits (travel, medical, etc) - work flexibility - great people to work with (very loyal & proud) - knowledgable workforce - best of the legacy carriers/ avoided backrupcy & supported stockholders

      Cons

      - unstable industry - continued bankrupcy risks - labor/ workforce unrest - not enough people to get the work done

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
