Flight benefits are no longer a perk--Can't get on a flight. Starting at the Managing Director Level, mangement is treated like ROYALTY. All work must stop and we must focus on them whenever one of them expresses a desire for anthing. They have postive space travel and have NO idea what it's like to stand-by for a flight.
