      Pros

      Flexible hours. Sometimes exciting. Not that much overtime. Flight benefits are great when you can get on a flight.

      Cons

      Morale is generally low right now. We haven't hired externally in several months and the other employees are beginning to feel it.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
