      The size of AMR provides opportunities to learn skills in different disciplines and departments.

      Cons

      Salary is poor. M.B.A.'s are given unfair advantages, opportunities and entitlements. They also do not help pay for continuing education pursuits.

      People, 401k match, flight benefits

      Cons

      Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
