Benefits and the fact they fly to most places

Everything else. Terrible management Terrible operating system Terrible Union Terrible CEO Terrible company structure. Everyone here is for themselves, you can’t even trust your own co-workers or crew members, and this isn’t a secret. Management doesn’t care, they’re not there to help or create a positive moral, they’re there to get promoted and get away from their problems at home, and bring them to work. The former CEO Doug Parker is a joke, and the new one is his buddy, so there’s that. Every decision made is for the worst and penny pinching. As flight attendants on the front line dealing with it, and with the feed back from customers, it’s quite the embarrassment. We’re not taken care of, we’re robots and just a number in the system to them. Do yourself a favor keep your sanity. Apply for something else.

People, 401k match, flight benefits

Cons

Low Pay for Tech, flight benefits for standby are now harder to use. Lots of offshoring. Company does not seem to know where to go. Lowest of the totem pole for airlines.
