1yWe appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns regarding the recent company changes. We are making adjustments to deliver an enhanced customer experience while also working to ensure we provide the best possible employee experience. We acknowledge that some of these adjustments may be challenging, and we are committed to listening to employee feedback.
We are pleased to confirm that while we do intend to change our current employee recognition platform, we also plan to deliver a more robust communication and social recognition platform that empowers our employees to recognize and celebrate each other’s contributions and achievements. We also encourage employees to take part in upcoming employee engagement initiatives, like wellness challenges and company events, and team-building and professional development opportunities.
