TOO MUCH TURNOVER! Does anyone ever look at the turnover by department? A number of departments have people leave all the time. At some point, someone in an executive position or on the board should review and determine is it a people issue or maybe, it is truly a leadership issue. There is no consistency in policies due to large turnover in HR. There is always someone new providing information on policies and processing payroll so mistakes happen. The head of HR is not friendly and is not professional related to confidential matters.
