Pros

- PTO is okay when your manager allows you to use it. - Sink or swim mentality so you will learn alot on your own and will be able to use those learned skills at your next job.

Cons

Compensation Concerns: The pay offered for the level of responsibility and accountability is significantly lower than industry standards. This has made it difficult to feel valued, and raises seem to be infrequent and hard to obtain. High Turnover Rate: The frequent turnover of both corporate and onsite staff leads to a lack of consistency in support. New employees often require time to learn their roles, which can create additional stress for the team. Leadership Issues: While this may not be the case everywhere, the leadership in the Lexington market has been problematic. There seems to be a culture of insecurity and a lack of emotional intelligence. Constructive feedback is often met with defensiveness, and employees feel targeted rather than supported, contributing to a toxic work environment.

Pay can be on the lower side. A lot has been pushed on the properties in recent years

Pros

pretty simple day to day tasks. i got lucky and had amazing managers and co workers so once required tasks were completed we were able to work on school work or just hang out

Cons

residents and parents can be a lot to deal with and you need to be able to handle conflict. be prepared to be the buffer between them and management and learn what problems you can solve without needing managers.
