Good paychecks, overtime optional, free coffee in most areas and steel toe boot voucher is very helpful. One week off every month (Dupont schedule).

Cons

Low staffing takes it's tolls for each shift.

Good pay, good benefits, Flexible schedule

Poor upper management, no training protocol for mid level management employees, a lot of distrust in upper management, no freedom to make recommendations outside of those approved by upper managment
