      Pay is above average for Memphis area

      Cons

      Very cliquish, stressful environment where new comers are not welcomed into the group. Constant breakdown of equipment with little or no support from management.

      It it amazing. Was very well managed and trained.

      Pros

      They will train you, if you have good work ethic. There are plenty of opportunities for those that do their jobs and show they care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      There are cliques within the labs. Some techs will gossip, even if you don't know them.
