It's a part time job and some of the team members are fun to work with.

Cons

The turnover rate is extremely high. Nobody wants to work for the company. I do not believe the supervisor and director knew what they were doing. Gossip was extremely high.

They will train you, if you have good work ethic. There are plenty of opportunities for those that do their jobs and show they care about what they are doing.

Cons

There are cliques within the labs. Some techs will gossip, even if you don't know them.
