      The work itself is not hard and easy to comprehend once trained.

      Cons

      The pay is not enough for the amount of work. Very understaff and management does not care.

      Pros

      They will train you, if you have good work ethic. There are plenty of opportunities for those that do their jobs and show they care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      There are cliques within the labs. Some techs will gossip, even if you don't know them.
