      The company is very employee minded and goes to great lengths to create employee engagement activities. Excellent working environment

      Cons

      Due to lack of turnover in certain areas upward advancement takes time unless the employee is willing to relocate to other areas.

      Pros

      They will train you, if you have good work ethic. There are plenty of opportunities for those that do their jobs and show they care about what they are doing.

      Cons

      There are cliques within the labs. Some techs will gossip, even if you don't know them.
