1) top notch brand 2) customer centric 3) good leadership (upper management) 4) good communication 5) interesting projects and work
Cons
1) below average compensation compared to other financial institutions 2) benefits are much more expensive than other companies in NYC 3) work / life balance is missing; work load is very heavy at all levels 4) easy to get promoted at lower levels, once you get to senior manager, you get stuck 5) unless you come in as an mba hire, your degree isn't worth much especially if it's not ivy 6) very inbred. most external hires are from citi or chase.
