Pros

there are many virtual (work from home) positions. i honestly can't think of any thing else that is a pro, i hate this place.

Cons

horrible management, everyone passes the buck. constant stupid training calls that don't really train you and are just tooting the horns of someone in 'advisory services' or marketing. management loves to talk about how great they are. don't ever say anything that is not completely positive b/c you will be black listed. stupid development plan process. training new hires is a joke, the current employees have to do it all in between their own work, management can't do it b/c they don't have a clue.

Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
