Pros
A pretty good company with a decent corporate culture. Gives opportunities to broaden the perspective from a global outlook and learn about the industry. Interaction with a diverse group definitely contributes to the knowledge bank.
Cons
Too many re-orgs, makes it difficult to plan a long-term future in the company and may impact the performance assessments due to changing environments. The appraisals are a problem due to remote leadership and may be considered a drawback in terms of growth within the company
