Pros
I was lucky. I had for the most great managers who inspired me, promoted me rapidly and helped me realise my dream of living in another country.
Cons
Mediocrity and poor people leadership is tolerated and never addressed. The company makes decisions based on what suits the 'boys club' in upper middle management and not on the customer and competitive environment. Too much short-term thinking, not enough vision, individuality is not encouraged.
