Good work culture. They always helps in maintaining the balance between work and family. But for those who wants the growth in life then stability should go and start career somewhere else
Cons
This company might think they have a big brand name, but it is not a place for geek or i say coders. They come into colleges and say we work on this big technologies but the fact is everything is developed in U.S. In India there is not much development and that too not all teams have that coding opportunity. They have so many issues inside the company even though they hire more people and then left them no where.. they always have issues like budget , requirement,etc. People who wants to achieve something better in life.
