Pros

Good facilities, clean and hygienic infrastructure and good work life balance. Good transport facilities in Gurgaon location. Work from home facility.

Cons

Slow pace environment, government office type bureaucratic culture filled with ill mannered and incapable management. Management focus is on creating a culture of boot licking in intelligently disguised in the veil of creating your own sponsorship and mentorship and in keeping your boss happy. No value for technical resources in TM1 development team. Incapable and ill mannered non technical people are leading the team, which in my case is CP&A team. Not recommended for anybody from the TM1 world to join this company. I know so many great technical resources who have left this organization/team in last 2 years because of boot lickers getting all the promotions and rewards whereas efficient & skilled resources have always been ignored as they don't behave like a yes man. Besides this this team don't have anything in project pipeline and no learning and a pitifully meagre TM1 infrastructure. Leadership too don't promote TM1 usage and business leaders are averse to change, just to save their jobs as job cuts are going on since last 2 years and expected to continue for at least a year more. A team of 20 resources handles a workload which could easily be handled by 6 resources.

Pros

They have fantastic pay for the position you're in, and they teach you interesting and engaging utility of modern technology mixed with legacy fundamentals. I've learned quite a bit while AmEx while getting paid more than fairly - I'd recommend a stretch here to whomever may be reading this!

Cons

The Company is huge, and at times it may take more than a little time to get recognized for your abilities and the growth you've had. There's a reason there is a "only way up is out" reputation exists for some enterprise companies...
