Pros

I have wonderful coworkers in all departments. For the most part, it feels like leadership truly believes in our purpose and company values. I feel valued as a person and an employee, and that goes a long way. I’m proud of our work, it can be fast-paced and fun. The company offers a generous PTO package that has a positive impact on our great employee retention. The pay could always be better, but it’s education, and I’d venture that it’s slightly above average for our industry.

Cons

Not very cutting edge; easy to get complacent. The job remains enjoyable, but the learning curve is over quickly then it’s a little repetitive. Employee retention is high: great in some ways, but not for upward mobility.
