11yThank you for your feedback! In the last year we have brought on a program of sending new managers to AMA training to give them support in their transition to management. Normally their managers are responsible for additional training. Although we would not expect to shut down an entire team/department on a daily basis for lunch managers do have the ability to have lunch with their whole team at their discretion as long as the work is covered. Some phone heavy departments may experience more difficulty in this area. Regarding salary we tend to pay around market salaries and compensate additionally with great benefits like covering nearly 90% of aetna health insurance rates, employer provided short term disability and a company match on 401k.
