Pros
-Flexible work hour options -Most co workers are decent
Cons
-Pay -Training (or lack of) -Benefits are expensive ($45 co pay just to see a DR). Health insurance went up 5% for 2019, yet we barely get 2-3% raises. -Some departments get to work from home while others can’t -Not enough PTO or holidays off -Keeps taking away any incentives there were -No room for advancement
