Pros

The only pro is at the beginning of your employment with them they pay you a guaranteed rate.

Cons

After the training, your check drops significantly! By training I mean going through a bunch of modules and literally being thrown on the field with no And I mean NO hands on training! Check drops to 400/week. That’s not including your health Vision, and dental benefits and rest of tax deductions. You use your own car to collect and you drive ALL day with no reimbursement or base pay! If you get on an accident they still expect you to go in the next day. They don’t care for their employees, the managers are always gossiping and some even sexually harass others. They turn a blind eye to the real issues. They lack ethics. They sign policies for their customers and sales managers encourage it! That’s illegal! They don’t care about customers all they care is about writing policies they oversell, when they could just add to the policy, and managers always talk bad about other agents in front of other agents. It’s a hostile work environment. Where no one responds to anyone’s “good mornings”. I hated it there! I had never worked anywhere where ethics lacked starting at the very top. Also I witnessed many get fired the same day they gave their two-weeks. This company doesn’t accept such notices, they will let you go on the spot! This happened to 5 people I worked with. When I left I just left.

Pros

The company offers valuable insurance education opportunities and a tuition reimbursement program that supports professional development.

Cons

There is little incentive for long-term loyalty. Compensation appears to be based on legacy pay structures, resulting in new hires sometimes receiving higher starting salaries than long-tenured employees with extensive institutional knowledge and expertise in company processes.
