      There are some wonderful, hard working people!

      Feels like a sinking ship. Extremely high turnover in claims. Anyone that can is retiring and others are just leaving.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
