Pros
Good training. Good products, especially Farm Product. Can sell most types of insurance.
Cons
Not competitive for some products. Rate increases without any explanation and agents left to explain to customers. Don't really care if an individual agent succeeds because they have the old school mentality that they will just find someone else to take your place. Have to sell a certain amount of Life Insurance to keep your contract.
